Lomi Lomi Massage
A traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of massage techniques, oils, and elements of prayer, breathing and dance to restore energy and soothe the body. It is also known as the 'loving hands' massage. It is born form the unconditional love aspect of 'Aloha'. The massage works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, allowing the recipient to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.
Lomi lomi works from the belief that memories are not just stored in the brain and mind, but also in every cell of the human body. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, which can cause as many stresses and strains as muscle tension. This profound form of massage is not only deeply healing and tranformative emotionally, it clears the Qi of the body, promotes a healthy lymphatic flow and relieves tension from the body.
The 1st massage is a deep and profound experience and lasts 2.5 hours, it creates space for transformation to occur. You can also avail of four hand Lomi Lomi sessions. These invloves two therapists (one man and one woman) working on you at the same time and is OUT OF THIS WORLD!

A deep-tissue massage for tired and over-worked muscles, this treatment includes deep stretching once your body is relaxed to ensure optimum healing and regeneration of the body. It is a combination of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, traditional massage and yoga. For the final ten minutes of the massage you are given a short and simple guided meditation. This meditation is a body scan for you to follow to 'switch off' the mind and to allow the body to fully engage in the freedom of the deep-tissue release and to allow for restoration at a deep level in mind and body.

It is not to be rushed
It is not sexual, there is no genitial touch.
CTM is a 2.5-3 hr journey into both of you that begins with a deep conversation before flowing to the table for two one hour long massages and finally finsishing with a discussion of the experience to integrate body, mind and spirit.

Contraindications: If you are prone to cysts, in the first tri-mester of pregnancy, under a specialists care or are post-op please discuss your options with the therapist before booking
If you are on serious medication/s also consult with the therapist before booking
Cancellation Policy - 48 hrs notice is required for all cancellations. A cancellation fee of €40 will apply for all appointments cancelled within the 48 hr period before your appointment, unless you reschedule a new appointment at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation and booking policy is subject to ongoing review and is made at the discretion of the therapist.
