My own healing practice has been born from extensive trainings all over the world for the last 30 years. Each modality I work with has been studied at its source for its integrity and benefit to humanity. I have trained with shamans in Bali and Ireland, learnt body work and yoga in India, Hawaii, America, Ireland and Australia, studied holistic counselling in the USA and Ireland. And of course learnt from my greatest transmitter of teachings, Source itself. 

I am always seeking knowledge to better myself and to assist all the beautiful beings that come to the mats in classes and workshops, and within the intimate space of the healing room. I facilitate others to live their lives with happiness, peace and a deep understanding of their own self.
