This is book is an exploration of love for the body, mind and soul filled with poetry, contemplations, musings, myths and blank pages for you to add your own contemplation on what love is in your ever-unfolding heart. Write in it, question it, add your own take on all of it. It is, as I say in the introduction, a book designed to ask more questions than perhaps give answers. Yet I find often in the asking of a question, the answer reveals itself organically and becomes a part of you. You can dive in and out of this book as you peoase as each chapter is its own little ocean. So explore, dive deep, let the mermaids lure you into the depths where we think there is only blackness and silence, but in fact there are whole worlds yet to be apprehended.

About the Book
A Path of Love' was inspired by a challenging time in my life. Emotionally because I had fallen in love with someone who I knew deep down would never be able to give me what I wished. Mentally and physically this took a toll on me as I knew I could not turn away from this path even though friends warned me and worried for me, I had to follow the 'path of love'. It is a path where instead of losing myself in love, I was finding myself.
At the same time a powerful spiritual awakening was occuring and I was offering myself up into complete surrender of the journey. Writing this book kept me sane and charted my progress as I negotiated love, discussed love, experienced love and then turned all that on myself. In doing so, I learnt to love myself in a way that I never thought was possible.
The book is designed to be written in, to be earmarked, bookmarked and underlined. It is the type of book you will never want to lend to anyone but will love to give copies as gifts any time of the year. Spread the word because love is a path, and the more of us on it, the more we can bring about true happiness and peace wherever we may go.
